Health coaching effectively motivates and supports health behavior change through a structured partnership. I ask powerful questions to help motivate you to make health behavior changes based on your values. I'll help you set SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound) goals, identify obstacles to change, and create strategies for moving forward toward your goals. I provide support by tracking weekly progress and holding you accountable to your commitments. In addition, I provide resources for making healthy behavior change specific to what your needs are and what underlying health conditions you are experiencing.
